I've been feeling much better this week, so much better that I managed to get an update done for DOAS 2 after all! No big questlines in this one, but the bathhouse in Jinsport now has a scene in it, which means that all of the buildings there are finished. I also put together a very early version of the combat system which you can check out in the Seaside Hollow dungeon to the north of Jinsport.

Hey all,
This week, I've been working on the questline for another deity, called Kiren. Kiren's sphere is safe nights and night-bound roads, so their quest has to do mainly with that theme. It's shorter than the one from last week, but definitely more "game-y", akin more to the trial towers. This past week, I've been hard at work on adding to the main questline some more, and I'm proud to say that DOAS 2 now boasts its very own strict librarian character! This new library location was added for the main quest, but once you are finished, it acts as an opportunity to do a short quest and earn some money once per day. This section of the quest also has 5 different ways to solve it, one of which doesn't require any skill checks if you are clever enough to find it!

So for this Biweekly build, I apologize for not getting as much done as I thought I would, it's been a hectic couple of weeks with the holidays and the trip last week. I do have a little something for each project though!

Just dropping in with some more progress updates. So, as of this weekend, Spank or Treat is almost ready for public release and will be coming out just in time for Halloween! Some of the things that have been added are New Game+, a scene gallery, a developer's commentary, 4 new CG scenes, and character busts for Nissa and Sam Hain!

Wow, I managed it!
So for most of this week and last, I went absolutely crazy on Spank Or Treat, and actually managed to finish the entire game in that time span! The game plays similarly to an old school adventure game and features multiple solutions to all puzzles! I overhauled the entire RPG Maker frontend for this project, so it doesn't look or sound like a typical RPG Maker game.
