Elf Death Knight Mercenary (2 poses)

More like Drow Death Knight Mercenary but it depends on your paintjob! Really wanted to make an edgy character for weeks, and thought to myself: "well we do have this cage cart now, so who's gonna put monsters in it?". And here we are! 

September Bonus Mini Poll

Last time "Monster" won the poll, so I'm gonna be adding this one in every Bonus Mini Poll from now on! Don't forget that you can pick multiple choices and there will also be a second poll to determine either a class or a monster type of the bonus mini!

Cage Cart

Had the concept in my head for days, and finally got to making this one! I wanted an "animal transport" cart, but wanted to make it so you could add and remove any animal you want from it. So the roof comes off and snaps in pretty accurately, also left enough space for a mini on top of the cart. Enjoy!

Half-Orc Mercenary (2 poses)

Some more muscle for the carts! Now, if you're transporting something especially "fragile", you'll need someone who has more weapons than they can hold. So, look no further!

Maaan, I love doing orcs and half-orcs!

Goblin Caravan Driver

Not all goblins are criminals! Some are doing their part in this caravan and transport goods instead of stealing them! But maybe in your scenario some goblins stole a cart and you need someone to drive it - well, he's your guy!

Dwarf Caravan Guard (2 poses)

The final guard of the Caravan is also a Driver! Just like the rest of them, he's fit for any cart where there's a place to sit. I also added a little bar for him to hold (for the first time, as far as drivers go), I usually make their hand empty, so you can add a string or something to actually attach the horses, but this time I added a little bar, where the string can be attached. Let me know if it worked for you! Oh and I would not seat to close to him, with all those spikes! Enjoy!

Gnome Caravan Guard (2 poses)

Another guard to keep the goods safe! 2 poses - sitting and standing. Can be added on any of my carts with a drivers bench to ride alongside him! Oh wait a minute.. We do need some drivers don't we? For right now, I do have older models that would work, but I will be making new ones, stay tuned!

Supply Wagon

The very second wagon is ready for the journey! It has some supplies in it and even space for a guard or two! I'm currently working on the second guard that is going to be able to sit in the front!

Half-Elf Caravan Guard (2 poses)

And here's the first guard of the Caravan! To make things interesting, I decided to create a second pose, the "sitting" pose would look fun, if I make more carts, with more space to place sitting characters. So this is exactly what I'm doing! The second cart of the caravan is also on its way, not sure if it's going to fit this guy's spear, but I'll try!

Sausage-Sandwich Cart

Here's a fun one! If you need to feed your players on a carnival, or they just need some supplies in the middle of nowhere - well now you can put a funny little hot dog stand anywhere you need it! The mini fits in there, but you probably can't fit a base, unless you're using a smaller scale. Also the roof splits off, so you can see the interior and remove or add the cook at any point (maybe your players will decide to rob his cart after-hours). Have fun with it!

Sausage-Sandwich Maker

Hello! I'm gonna start this month with a weird one! Before we go onto the usual "caravan guard" and and "cart driver" business, let's have some fun! What I had in mind was having one of those "food-truck" or "canteen-on-wheels" thingies in the caravan. A closed cart with a window on its side, a kitchen in it with a huge man that would make hot-dogs. Well BEHOLD! The Hotdog Man! Or how I like to call him - Fantasy Sausage-Sandwich Maker.

Bebilith (Bonus Mini)

After a little research, I decided on a spidery-moth-bee-spiky-fiendish-looking thingy called Bebilith. It can be found in one of the official Bestiaries of Pathfinder 2E, which is supposed to be a very 3rd party friendly TTRPG, so we should be cool copyright-wise, and I can even call it with its exact name, which is refreshing in itself! I recently switched to PF2E myself for my main system and I gotta say, if you crave for something fresh coming from D&D, you'll love this game! :D ...

September Theme

Heyooo! It's that time of the month again! Some pretty cool themes for you to choose from. I'll explain them briefly.

More Shop Keeps and Mostly Craftspeople - more of the August theme, with a small change. I went all out with merchants and traders but completely missed out on Craftspeople! So if this one gets picked, we'll have both but as the title explains, I'll mostly make Craftspeople.

NPCs Playing Games - you might remember the Tavern set that had both Chess and Poker player...

Elf Traveling Merchant

Figured I need to make more Female characters for this month, and I actually need more "Crafters", cause they're all basically merchants and then I looked at the calendar - August flew by and felt more like a week, not a whole month. I'd love to make more minis with this very same theme, but I guess we'll see after the poll!

BG3 keeps altering my work haha. This character, actually, has nothing to do with BG3 by itself, but the face is really reminding me of the "custom character restin...

Bonus Monster Type Poll

So, Monster it is! I included a variation of types, tried to keep them as diverse as possible, while also put some of them together, for example Demon/Devil/Fiend is a single choice (to keep things simpler). You can also vote for multiple choices. If you have any suggestions for the next one, feel free to share in the comments or on Discord! 

Half Elf Merchant

A little bit of a noble look, while holding a simple sack. Could be anything: potatoes, coal or maybe it's filled with gold! Versatility - as always! Also feels like it's been a while since I made a half-elf. I love adding beards to these guys haha

August Bonus Mini Poll

First poll of the month - Bonus Mini Poll! I'm adding a "Monster" option, just in case you want to mix it up and get a non-humanoid mini as a bonus this month. Other than that we have the usual classes and if a class gets picked, we'll have an Ancestry Poll after that. Don't forget, you can pick multiple choices in those ones, so go nuts! 

Tiefling Trinket Traider

Some of you might know this character! I'll be plain - it's Mattis from BG3. I mean I already pumped 82 hours into the game since launch, so I might as well make an iconic character from it, right? :D

You can buy some "really magical" items from him, bangers like: Ring of Being Really Invisible, Ring of Infinite Wishes and a Key that goes somewhere important (he does not know where it actually goes).

Banker

I'm sure every game has a complicated economy with the whole interest rates system and all... No? Well okay let's be honest, it's just one more noble for the rogue and bard to rob. Buuut maybe now you'll consider adding a bank to your town!

Gnome Wandering Merchant

In spirit of merchant that actually carrying everything with them - An Actual Wandering Merchant! In case you're in some cave or dungeon, far away from town, with full bags and in need to sell some of that sweet loot and buy a couple of potions! But keep in mind, the prices will be adjusted to your situation

Cabbage Seller

How are your adventurers going to do all this adventuring on an empty stomach? This man's cabbages will make some fine rations! Just please don't destroy his cart. Aaaand bonus points if you know where he's from :D

Northern Barkeep

You've got to eat a lot of food if you're living in a cold climate, which means that the Inns and Taverns in the north need to be able to serve their patrons quickly and efficiently. Getting really buff Servers and Barkeeps is one way to do it! Just please don't waste their time!

End of June/July

I think I'm satisfied with the whole Cultists Theme for now. It was a very fun and productive one, with lots of ideas. I did not end up making some of them, but we'll probably pick up where we stopped at some point in the future. For now - behold, the Cultists!  

Scroll Seller

Now... You need a scroll, but your local stores don't have the one you're looking for? Well, this one can scribble one for you, for a price! His whole stock is on him at all times and he's used to be on-the-move all the time... What? You wanna get his scrolls for free? Rob him? Uhm... You do know that to be able to create a scroll, he probably knows these spells. Good luck then! 

Jewel Seller

First mini of the theme is ready! Starting out with the expensive shops - Jewel Seller! These adventurers do love their diamonds, don't they? Well now you can use this guy to sell them some. Or.... Oooor.... Maybe... Just maybe... There's another way to get some diamonds without spending any gold? I mean minis are mostly used for combat, right?

Centaur Artificer

How does this even work? I mean.. I'm no engineer, but He is! I'm sure there's a perfect explanation on how to fit a cannon into a horse body and make it work, that's like the least your players would do as Artificers! But I do love the whole look, it came out great, so enjoy! 

August Theme

Let's see what we have next... We've been running with Cultists the whole summer up until now, but maybe you guys want even more - the option is here! In case you wanna do something different, I included both friendly NPC themes, goons, undead, etc. The choice is yours! And just to clarify, Dark Fantasy Goons is more of a Dark Soulsy theme, but I didn't want to just call it Dark Souls haha

Centaur Bard (Bonus Mini)

The first bonus mini is here! Never made a centaur before, but I think it came out pretty good :D

I really love the armor, and having such a big body leaves a lot of space for accessories, while I played it a bit safer on this one, I have another Centaur coming right up, get ready!

And who's actually making all of these abominations? Oh, here he is! He might be trying to reverse his own mutation, or maybe he thinks that this is the next step in the Evolution. Either way your players probably don't wanna get splashed by his mixtures.
