Updates on Poll Winners Cooldown
- Winning female characters on polls will have a 2 month cooldown period before they get to enter poll again. For example, Neo win once on May poll. She'll then have a cooldown period of 2 months before someone put her on the poll entries again. She'll be eligible to enter again by the month of August.
- Winning 2 consecutive anime/game characters on one title on the same month will have a 1 month cooldown period. For example, Neo and Yang wins the poll on different dates but at the same month...
