Hello Folks! Starting from this day, I'll be posting a new story-board/layout page from the Pornomicon sequel (in fact a prequel since we're going to the roots of the story) each 2 days. The working title is Pornomicon Legacy - First Encounter. It tells the events leading up to Arthur the Knight Templar taking possession of Pornomicon in the heart of the Jordanian desert. The pages are silent because dialogues is what I write at the end. And frankly, this story can work without it. Enjoy!

Certains dialogues ont été un peu adaptés, pour des raisons diverses... principalement parce que la langue française prend plus de place que l'anglais.

Vargas/Cannon

This illustrated crossover is a device, placed in the middle of the layout, to warn readers to turn the comic over vertically to read the adventures of Butch Cannon, at the end of the Vargas Twins part. So it's a 2in1 that will be on sale at my stand during the two days of Y/con 10 in Paris-Montreuil!

Ce crossover illustré est une astuce, placée en milieu de maquette, afin d'avertir le lecteur de retourner verticalement le comics pour lire les aventures de Butch Cannon, à la fin de la partie Vargas Twins. C'est donc un 2en1 qui sera en vente à mon stand pendant les deux jours de la Y/con 10 de Paris-Montreuil !

Who's your favorite OC character from the Loganverse ?

Loganverse? Is that even a thing? Does it sound any good? Eheh ! Who cares. But the question for this poll is still relevant for me... So who's your favorite original character from my comicbooks. I included Arthur, the Templar Knight even if The Pornomicon is not character-driven.

Butch Cannon inside cover

I finally put some colors on this old illustration I made for Butch Cannon. It's called " A Bunch of "drunk" Dicks" and it will be the inside cover of the comics for the Y/Con 10 at Paris, France. One more illustration to do and this double feature : Vargas/Cannon will be ready to send to the printer.

Some exciting news for the French audience !

You may (or you may not) know that I'll be attending during the two days of Y/Con 10 in Paris, along with the guys from DOKKUN, The great HAKUJIN and Theory of Horns.

To make sure I don't arrive empty-handed, I'm in the process of preparing layouts for several comics... Some of which have never been published on paper, nor in French.

Given that this is a French convention, I've decided to publish the French version in small print runs, as I no longer have a publisher to rely on financially.

So it will be self-published. I can already tell you that you'll find in comic book format :

The adventures of the Vargas twins + Butch Cannon in a 2in1 format (and some previously unpublished illustrations...) 

The complete stories of the series pre-published by DOKKUN under the provisional name of "3 stooges in the Edo era", but which I'd like to rename: "The Rōnin, the Monk and the Drunkard."

And finally an exclusive edition of the storyboard for the next Pornomicon episode (in black and white, without dialogue). When I say storyboard, I'm really talking about an almost-finished sketch/gray wash study of the 24 pages that will make up the next volume, which will be called : The Pornomicon Legacy: First Encounter

Vous savez peut-être (ou peut-être pas) que je serai présent pendant les deux jours de Y/Con 10 à Paris, en compagnie des gars de DOKKUN, Le grand HAKUJIN et Theory of Horns.

Pour ne pas arriver les mains vides, je suis en train de préparer les maquettes de plusieurs bandes dessinées... Dont certaines n'ont jamais été publiées sur papier, ni en français.

Et enfin une édition exclusive du storyboard du prochain épisode de Pornomicon (en noir et blanc, sans dialogue). Quand je parle de storyboard, je parle en fait d'une esquisse quasi finie/étude au lavis gris  des 24 pages qui composeront le prochain volume, qui s'intitulera : Le Pornomicon : Première rencontre.

 a finished commission to show you with the kind permission of its owner, Zenpei or Epei on this Patreon! I must say it was fun and I had merely as much pleasure working on the main subject of the scene as on the background. and since Zenpei is also an artist among my peers, he pointed out a couple of things on my sketch that helped me get a more coherent anatomical drawing. Thanks to him (we never stop learning and improving).

I never studied academic art, never done any live model drawing and I'm not much of a huge sketcher. I learned to draw, reading comics exclusively. That explain I have a curious and sometimes not very accurate sense of anatomy (And I don't talk about the monstercocks which are perfectly normal...) The good thing about my style is that there's very little chance of it being targeted by AI farming... 👍😂😎

But more seriously, I had a blast working on this piece (and it helped me decide to watch the movie I hadn't seen yet...)

Hello Folks! Here's Colonel Arthur M., the very hot OC of Jay Kan, commissioner of this illustration. I had a lot of fun and some good hardons while working on it (I'm a big sucker for uniform men among other fetishes) Thanks to him and I really hope you'll like it.

You'll understand that it's not in HD considering it's a commission.
