Heh, non-pony stuff. Not even a character from MLP, but I guess that shows I can still do other stuff too. I probably won't ever paint this one, though. But that's also a good reason to still share it with y'all here!
I want to get into conceptual sketching more again. Designing stuff, characters, clothing, creatures, the likes. Which in turn can be used for paintings later on as reference, if not turn into paintings themself.

Breaking down some of the sizes I used for my last sketch! Something I need to do more often and can be useful for not just exploring new styles, but also keeping them accessible over time.
It can be hard to remember everything, so that's where the sketches have to come in (in general), to help extend your brain's storage capacity, preserving information in a visual medium, which then also becomes available for others!
