Cleaning up other people's messes is Reacher's job, and he's pretty good at it. But dealing with your own messes, that can get a little tricky.

I'm back in Tucson, and all is as well as Murphy allows. My little Tucson - Spokane - Tulsa - El Paso - Tucson trip will be reported on in my next mass-letter.

   Meanwhile, since the BEDLAM storyline has been getting a little complicated and serious, I though I'd toss in a lil' light-hearted side-story here, just for yuks.

So what I did was draw this page, photograph it with my celphone, and text the photograph to my evil minion, Mole. He opened the pic in Photoshop (?), graytoned it, and saved it in .jpeg format. Did a nice job, yes? Then he e-mailed it to me, I downloaded it off my e-mail, and just now posted it on Patrteon via my laptop using hotel wifi.

We're all living in a science-fiction world, now. Hope it trends more towards utopia than dystopia.

So I'd set up a Reacher page, full of rousing violence. I wanted to post at least the pencils. But how? I didn't have a scanner, and I had yet to figure out how to get my hands on a copy of Photoshop compatible with my Macbook Pro (version 10.12.6) laptop.

Hmmm. How about if I take a photo with my celphone, transfer it to my laptop somehow, and post that? It'll be kinda crappy and oversized, if I can't clean it up in Photoshop. But better than nothing?

So yeah, I'm off to parts known for a couple of weeks, to help out an old friend of mine. I expect I'll have some time to draw, but access to a scanner and/or computer with Photoshop or similar software, will likely be spotty.

So I'm posting this, just in case any of my regular readers gets worried: I'll be back home in 15 days or so, hopefully with a wad of fresh comix to show you, knock on wood.

Seems Dr. Underleigh shaved off his beard, in an attempt at "disguise". All told, though, these two seem to be taking the loss of Bedlam as their private playground in stride. With Saluman's money backing them up, they might become a ....challenge....to our heroine.

Been a REALLY busy day (a busy weekend, for that matter), but now I can finally sit down to some time for myself. Again, I haven't settled on a new Sunday story, but here's a couple pictures that fell out of my files from the 2010's - A "zap" from the Bizarre Wars, and a 69 on a unicycle.
