Sometimes, you just need to step back and draw something normal.  Then something clicks when you realize the most normal thing you draw is a deaf, jungle girl, cat person.  wat?  Also kind of annoyed I like my sketch work better than my finished work.

Ahmg, finally finished.  Some of the animation on this page really kicked my ass.  The mix of somewhat crazy angles and multi panel animating was quite intesnive.  Anyways, moving on to page 20.  It'll be out soon.

Meat Maid Mila is going to probably be late.   On top of losing two days, the next page is also animated.  More work and less time is never a good combo.  That being said, I could have orginized my time better if I was paying more attention to the month's discrepancies.

Animating pages always kicks my ass, but they are fun.  As far as animating for the most "impact" it would seem I should have animated the middle "thrust" panel but it wasn't very logical in the end. Animated, he would have been thrusting, over and over, creating the illusion of a rythmic motion,  breaking the point of the page which was the initial push.  That's why only closed animated loops can work in comics.  Basically, the animation cannot forward the plot at all, but o...

Commission tier piece for CG of Rei and Minako from sailor moon.  Looks like they went beyond their duties as a cheer squad.  Maybe these sailors went too far swabbing the decks.

Also, I wanted to mention I was asked to use referrence from a specific piece of art by a artist whom I don't know.   The cheerleading/vibrating theme along with the angle was emulated from that particular piece with the sailor scouts being replacements.

There was recently a controversy involving Nier's main protagonist, 2b, that claimed she had a butthole.  In the end, it was a photoshop fake but I found it hillarious that the hoax existed at all.  Double post day, yay.

There is no hiding the inspiration for this particular picture.  I love monster hunter so some of the inspiration is going to peek through my art in future pages.   This isn't her final armor design as there is a huge crotch part missing but it was my innitial sketch.  So Varen being a blacksmith does serve a purpose..!?

So, in between working on Meat Maid Mila's two upcoming pages, commission tier stuffs and the swegabe comics, I've managed to whip out 32 pages of Nao pencils like above.  It seems the finished first comic will be around 40 pages long and will hopefully be released at the end/beginning of next month for you guys to enjoy.  Although it didn't win in the poll, I decided to use my break time to get this thing done once and for all.
