XEN ALYX - COMMISSION PROCESS

On march of 2022, Amilee asked me "what if Alyx had a Xen Trigger, like DMC's Devil Trigger", as it evolved, it branched into its own thing. Post Erie Comic Con

ECC is over! I didn't do that great in sales.. i surprisingly got a fair amount of sketch commissions though. I had low expectations going into this as this is pretty much my first time tabling if you don't count 2019 when it was actually my first time (I wanted to do more but, covid obvs ensued) and i knew i probably wasn'y going to break even between the cost of the table and printing. Did not help that i had to pay in expedited shipping for some things. that was just poor timing on my part...

Dreading, doodling + finishing

Commission

Haydn Cooper aka Keyframequeen on twitter, viewmodel animator for Apex Legends, commissioned me to make a plugsuit for their green hair gal OC as an android. I love painting reflective materials like latex, rubber, satin, so i went a little out on it.
As for commissions, i have a few long term ones still going but i plan to take a few more incrementally as time goes on. More on this in the next post.

SniperGAL

SG for fun inbetween stuff. I went back and forth between doing flats or painting. i just prefer how flats look with just lines. if i were to paint, i think i would've approached this differently. I do really want to do more paintings for SG but i havent exactly had the time lately prepping for Erie comic con and hopefully Anime NYC.

My part time job has proved to eaten up a lot of my time to work on projects and I feel sooo behind on all my commissions and projects. It's been a struggle balancing the two for the past few months but I asked about getting my hours reduced which should greatly help me out. I have been lacking in updating you guys will art and exclusive stuff at the frequency i'd like, especially in the spicy art tiers. It might take a few weeks to take effect though, so I need to be patient but I am excited...
