Today, I visited my psychiatrist for the first time in a while due to a recent flare-up of my tinnitus.
It had been under control for some time, but over the past week or two, it’s worsened slightly (nothing too serious). I’ve resumed treatment and decided to take today to rest and recover.
I sincerely apologize for pushing back today’s work entirely.

Due to the intense heat, I haven’t been feeling well and couldn’t be very active yesterday and today. I’m really sorry.
