This last week was really something else and set me back a little. Shopping for what I needed to eat was a challenge, gym just shut down as well. I drank 2 days this week and can feel that. Having a cheat day with the girls at the beach that was unplanned had me slip the rest of the week. I did still get my work outs in and my plan was to add more fat because I dropped too quick. As long as I can stay above 150 it will be a lot easier to keep gaining more muscle.

Ok so here I sit now at 154.4. You should already be able to tell a little bit of a difference. But not much. I did have a cheat meal (even though it was healthy) with the girls on our Sunday outing. Everyone has made it so we never went back to the old goals so now they have all been integrated as permanent!! However, you know us we have no chill so we have new goals to reach now! If we reach $7500 each month we will add a THIRD photoshoot monthly! I loved my boudoir shoot last month so much we decided to do more in the future cause we are classy body positive ladies!
