Alright, so I'm starting this a little later in the month than I wanted to, but I've been trying to finish up a HSH update in the meantime and I've been a little preoccupied. This is the first time we've tried doing things like this (as opposed to the raffle), so adjustments may need to be made along the way but for now we'll just see how it goes. Here's that little sequence all colored and cleaned up.
I managed to work out an optimized gif and minimize compression. I decided to stick with a gif so that I wouldn't have trouble posting it to various sites. Still a little noise, but I think that's just the nature of the format.
Since I optimized the gif at this size, there won't be a high res file for the sequence (don't worry it's plenty big enough), but I will include a high res jpg of final frame (the one that counts ...

So this one's gonna be a little 3 frame animated thing (but it will be fully colored up and everything) with Kat falling out of the sky and landing on a dick. There are still a couple things to fix, but it should be pretty neat. The only thing I'm worried about is the format. Gif doesn't seem best for quality. If anybody knows a better way to save an animated file that doesn't compress as much as gifs do, please let me know!

Alright, there's a new HSH update coming, but in the meantime I'm gonna open this up for suggestions for the next character illustration since we have a new pool of people participating. I'd also like to know if you would prefer a themed poll like last month's Street Fighter theme (but with a different franchise)? Or would you prefer a list of choices from various sources? I can also mix it up every once in a while to keep things interesting.

Sakura just barely edged out Cammy in the recent character poll, so here's a peek at the lines for the upcoming illustration! By the way, I love Cammy. I still wanna do a pic of Cammy in the future, but I love my girl Sakura too, especially with her sneakers and red bloomers. It doesn't appear as though her bloomers are much of a match for Vega's claws however!

I actually didn't create thumbnails for them either, as the the process was a bit more organic this time... but they did take a little longer than they usually do. Stupid perfectionism!
