Couple small things on this Wip to fix before moving on to the lines, but I figured I'd get this out to you before I head off to do Holiday things! Noel won the character poll, but Sol Badguy is making a cameo because I've always dreamed of a BB/GG crossover, and perhaps this is my way of making that dream come true. Planning on doing an alternate version with the Destroyed text overlaid on top, as this is would be one Sol's finishing moves :P Happy Holidays ya'll! Be safe and have fun!

Okay, I'm workin on the next couple of pages for HSH, and they are good, but there is still a lot of work to do. I'm gonna be out of town a few days for Holiday and family stuff, so I'm thinking I will probably set these aside for now and try to focus on the Character illustration (poll will be up soon!). Then I'll wrap up the next HSH update, but probably after the Holiday. I hope you all are having a wonderful December! Thanks for being there for me, and for all your support!

Hey ya'll. So I thought some of you might like to take a peek at my process for HSH. Attached are some thumbnails for the comic along with a look at the script. I typically start each page by envisioning it in my head, and then writing out the dialog and actions for each panel on page. The writing goes through small changes up until the point it's placed on the comic (sometimes dialog changes to better suit finished artwork).

Marvin's hair changes yet again as I try to figure out the best technique to depict dark hair in manga... I think this looks nice. Lessons learned this time: Making space in your panel and composition for speech bubbles, and planning for length of dialog. The first page works a little better than the second, I think.
