I probably should have said this in the game, and probably will, but since I didn't, I'll say it here.
I wanted to make something more than just empty, meaningless choices that don't do anything. So, I implemented a choice grading system, where certain options become enabled or disabled based on what you've picked before. Most of them rate your personality, but some tagged choices branch into specific branches of conversations.

I think I made it. I played through the whole game for the first time, and it works! Mostly. There are a few small tweaks I have to do before sharing it into the abyss. The day is coming, and I feel afraid. Will it land or flop or just disappear in the endless sea of other games.
Anyway, I'm pretty happy about where it's at. As much as I'd like to keep tweaking it like making more choices, variables, paths - I also want to release it into the wild while it's still young and a little raw...

When I thought it would be easier to make the game once I have a working engine, well... I was wrong. I always watched tutorials about engines and plugins where people just drag and drop stuff, write stuff, connect stuff, and everything magically works. Turns out, it's way messier than that. Every small change reflects to a shitload of elements. Not to mention that a seemingly small feature can be a real pain in the ass to make work.
