they didn't notice it would rain

i just pictured them coming back from somewhere, and rain starts falling gently even thought the sky is beautifully red, just like those warm summer rains.

and of course they didn't thought about it because the rush of seeing each other speaks louder, so no one brought an umbrella and they have to get by with Alicia's big coat.

I struggle so much to draw older characters, but Im very satisfied with how it came out! it's exactly as I pictured her, and I wanted to share it here with you guys!

i have been very satisfied with the style i used to draw them, colours and lines wise. i think it transmits just what i'd like for these characters. the best part is that it is a totally original style i made from my heart <3

03/12/24 UPDATE

Ive been kinda sad these days, nothing has worked out as planned, so i barely had any progress on the script. I've been reading and studying a lot (about film making and scripts in general) since my last update, but this last week was just too wild for me to do even that :(

I did have some advance on what vibe I want the story to transmit, but in general i'm just trying to get as much info from experts as possible. Althought, that  makes me freeze on writing sometimes. I'm gonna ke...

I haven't posted much but I've actually been working on my script. I had major advance last time! I even think I got in conclusion with a name >:) from now on ya'll can call this comic: When the Planets Align, with possible minimum changes over time but I believe it'll always be around that lign. Oh, and a possible cover concept too?? who knows hehe

i think im getting somewhere with these! alicia must be the one that barely changed throught the process, but at the same time it was the hardest to stylize in a recognazible way. everyone kept thinking she's a wolf, and to be extremly clear, she's a possum! it was also very hard to choose a hairstyle for her, i kept getting very indecisive about it...

first of all, thank you all so much for the support this month! im finally stable at my new house and able to continue on updating stuff here >:D

i wanted to let you guys know i started the proccess of moving out and i have to hand out my house by day 15 of the next month! if i seem even more abscent than usual thats why!

10/13/23 update

well as i said im taking every saturday to work on my comic but in this last one i wasnt able to draw anything so instead i just worked on the script! i updated and changed some stuff and im once again stuck on the beggining of the second act :"D making stories is so fucking hard, but at least i was able to get something done! see yall next saturday! >:)

I've been working on the script, very tired to draw anything, but it's been very exciting working on the actual story again! I was able to get a good ground to start on now, I feel very satisfied with how it's going so far, but of course there's a lot to go still

Max concepts

took some time to sketch Max's appearence today, i always imagine her late for classes and finishing her stuff at the last minute. Max is a very imaginitive girl and she probabaly spends a lot of time in her head, and also figuring she moved from countryside to center town she didn't expect such impact in her life routine, making her feeling kinda lost.

She just wanted to be away from her parents' restrictions and was ready for all the challenges this would bring, but I think she would ...

MAXINE 2.0

max has received the bunnification magic. i know its a big change, but making her a herbivore on the comic really outstands the script, in my opinion of course, and i think its gonna make a lot more sense now. well i hope you guys like her as much as i do, i choose to change her to a snowshoe hare specifically because she can keep changing fur, which is must have scene in my comic. im satisfied but anything can change still, im testing what works and what doesnt

just a lil vent

not gonna lie, the process has been tough
i spent the whole week working furiously on my story, i think I'm on the fifth version of it already lol having a LOT of difficulty, cried three times and pondered my choices a bunch too Q_Q
but i don't want to give up, guess i just need a break and need to find out what's exactly the story i want to tell, and when I have a solid thing in my mind, I'll share everything here!
