I wanted to do a little more with the original sketch but never got around to it... needed a quick update before I did anything else!

I was excited about this idea because I thought the background would be somewhat simple but it ended up taking ages to find a style I liked for the trees and I ended up re-doing them a good five times or so. It was worth it though - look how happy she is!

Something about her that I don’t draw enough is that she enjoys wearing oversized jackets - which is a little ironic since she’s only worn normal-sized jackets until now. Her eyebrows started getting a little larger here.

Hey everyone!

Annie's spotlight will be drawing to a close soon, which will bring an end to the character spotlights for the main cast of Lesser Than Three. Do still want to do something special for my Patrons each month so I thought I'd ask directly - what do you guys want to see?

I've thought of a few things myself - I could continue with a slightly different character retroactive using my other characters outside of Lesser Than Three, start over with my main Lt3 character votin...

In other news, I've finally reached 100 numbered Lesser Than Three strips! Since this is the middle of a story arc I didn't want to interrupt things - and if you include the short stories I've done for Lt3 then the numbers are a little fudged anyway - But it feels great to have gotten this far! Thank you for sharing in these adventures with Tanner, Syrus and the others!

I originally drew this little story as one long strip - much like a webtoon (Which apparently launched US translations in the same year I released this - complete coincidence!), but the format made it hard to post without shrinking it down which made it lose detail and hard to read. Last but not least is Annie! Overall Annie is probably the character I’ve drawn the least, and yet she probably has at least as many appearances in the comic proper as Wheeler. She didn't completely become a regular in my mind until I trimmed down my (very) early cast a lot, and she ended up absorbing the traits of one of the cut characters. That gave her a lot more to work with and finally made her stand out in my mind a bit more, but it still took a bit for me to really ...

Fun fact: Wheeler can fall asleep the fastest out of all the Lesser Than Three characters. It's not even a contest.

Weirdly enough it took me several tries to get this pose down, even though I feel like it's simpler than the last commission I started? Guess it just works out that way sometimes.
