It's been a little while since I've shared one of these! This is Steel, the wolf on the rival Mustangs hockey team in Eddie the Yeti: Hard Work Wins the Game! To help him feel more "villainous" I gave him glassy eyes along with scars and sharp facial features. In the end, he wasn't that bad of a guy  - just an opponent like any other.

This was a belated birthday gift for both CameronBlackTD/Waffles and TylerDowArt/EoinDingo! They went to Norway in March for their honeymoon, so I made this to commemorate that. Fun fact: the stars you see in the background are accurate! I used to SpaceEngine to capture the exact star positions in Norway at the time of their trip. :3

The last image in the set is my first pass of the sketch. I felt like it didn't look very "impactful" due to the downward 3/4 camera angle, and how it's sort of zoomed out. Heck, if even looks like Waffles has Eoin in a headlock, lmao.

I started over with something much more zoomed in, profile, and slightly below their heads. Much better!

WIPs for RedactedOtter's Pride Month Artwork

RedactedOtter was the winner of my pride month YCH blind auction from this past weekend! He requested his otter holding the LGBT flag, with some bisexual flag accents on his character. He also gave me flexibility with the fur pattern and whatnot since this character doesn't have much art of him yet. He seems pretty happy with the final product, and I am too! :D

What to Expect This Summer

The second Eddie the Yeti book (Eddie the Yeti: New Kid in Town) is now in-progress, and in order for me to get it done on time, I'm going to need to do four pages per week (36 pages in 68 days). While this may sound like a lot, the previous book was 30 pages in 38 days, so I'll effectively have 20-25 more days to relax than I did before. There's also some miscellaneous things I won't have to do again.
