Originally this guy had his hat facing forward in each shot, but the commissioner suggested turning it backwards for the smirk and annoyed expression. I'm glad he did! It added some cockiness to the smirk, and the bill of the hat flowed well with the ears for the annoyed expression.

So you guys might have already gotten emails about this, but starting July 1st, Patreon will be imposing sales tax on some of you, depending on where you live! This is a legally required change due to various laws being passed recently that affect online marketplaces. They're mainly directed at sites like Amazon, but with the ways the laws are written, Patreon has to also comply.

Thumbnail WIP for Little Runt (Page 36)
Originally this page had some dialogue from Nes (which you can see in the 4th panel), but I took it out because I thought Nes's expressions spoke for itself, and the moment was more powerful in a quiet silence.
I also changed the angle of the expression in panel two because it was too similar to another panel a few pages back.
Thirdly, I changed the name on the VHS to help convey how long ago the next scene takes place.

I did a second commission for this fella's horse mascot! This one is flexing, to go along with the muscle car club he's going to be representing. A few preliminary sketches are shown, followed by the coloring process, and also some tattoo color options I provided him (he went with the blueish one). The Greek helmet tattoo design was done by me to avoid copyright issues!
I've also included a few passes of the logo.

A few alternate versions of the wink are included! I added some stars/sparkles as an accent to the wink to hopefully make it feel a bit punchier, but I'm letting the commissioner decide which one he wants to use for his Telegram sticker pack. :3

Introducing Irwin in his prime, and Nes at about 10 years old! I love this reveal I did for him. :3
This page was very tricky, for a number of reasons. The trickiest was drawing Nes as a kid. I'm not used to drawing young characters, let alone having to make them look like another one of my characters. But I love how he turned out!
Another easter egg on his page: the blue van there is one my Mom drove when I was about Nes's age here.

Pro tip for anyone adding sunglasses to a character: add a blue gradient going from top to bottom of the sunglasses. It really helps them look like sunglasses, and gives them a nice texture. :3

Originally this guy had glasses! The first version was my own, the second was a revision based on direction given by the commissioner, but in the end they decided to not have any glasses at all since they were getting corrective laser surgery sometime soon, haha.
The partially inked zoomed in shot just shows how I usually start inking. Usually the nose or the eyes and I work my way outwards from there.

I made this sticker it's own illustration since it'd be weird to put any of the remaining stickers on this sheet, I think. They're kind of their own thing. You'll see!
Two versions of the sticker, one being a bit more zoomed in, due to the size constraints of Telegram's sticker system.
