As I was talking about yesterday's archival Walky/Joyce nudity, I brought up how that pairing seems wrong to me these days.  THIS WAS NOT ALWAYS THE CASE.  Walky and Joyce were the, like, alpha pairing for all of their existence up to that point, and drawing either of them with anybody else seemed off and weird.

But I'd started Dumbing of Age, and I knew Walky and Dorothy were going to be a thing.  Not Walky and Joyce.  It's a new universe!  They have no duty to...

Obviously this one's from the same years-old set as Rachel/Sal/Lucy.  

Typically in my front-facing comic strip work, shoulders end up being straight lines from the base of the neck to the tops of the arms.  No trapezius muscles, no deltoids, just a tube clipping through the side of a larger tube.  Sometimes the smaller tube rotates.  It's simple, it works.

I might fuss with the anatomy later, I dunno.  Often I'll come back and I'll fix things in art I draw for myself, but in those instances they haven't already been shared with a bunch of people!  An audience makes things different.  And weird!
