Strangely enough, the hardest part to this commission was finding a title
This was an interesting commission, if you couldn't tell by the subject matter! Not everyday you get to paint two teddy bears fighting it out in burning rubbles, but here we are! I must say I'm pretty happy with how the composition and the flames came out. Since I've been practicing using more texturing in my paint strokes lately, this was perfect to try out with the fire!

This is a little practice for a new style I'm going for, heavily textured and trying to imitate a more traditional paint look. I really like it, and will happily make more like this!

Second image for the little series with my Esk character Thorvald. As I mentioned in the previous one, I'll try different techniques with each of these. This one had me trying a thin lineart and a bolder use of shadows and perspective. I'm quite pleased with the result!

I am very happy with the result of this page, I tried a new technique for painting backgrounds and I will keep refining this technique as I go. It greatly helps in refining my brushwork!

Here is a new series of illustrations for an event in the Esk ARPG, Autumn's Lights. I'm hoping to do all of the prompts with detailed illustrations for each, while trying varying styles as I go. It should be an interesting ride!

And we have reached the end of Inktober and survived another year! I must say I am rather happy with the results of this year's Inktober, I can't deny I was a little bit burnt near the end but it was completely worth the time and effort, plus I learned a lot more!
