This version adds Chapters 55 and 56 in Act XVI, marking the return of Oliver.
It also includes improvements of the Tendency selection in Act I, starting a small rework of that system in earlier chapters. A few notes on that topic:

Chapter 55 having been scrapped a week ago, I had a lot of work to basically rewrite it from scratch, and I cannot put everything I wanted and get the planned release date. This chapter, and this update, is 95% focused on Ashley. I know some people think she has taken a bit too much focus and control these last chapters, and this update definitely won't make them change their minds.
Know that Act XVI will put the focus back on Laura alone though.
