5/3/17 and Respite

5/2/17 and M-Butts

 Howdy. Quick update regarding the game's progress. After I finished the variations of standard female butts I drew up these same variations of male butts. That took a lot of surfing through gay porn, so you'd better be grateful you little brats!

First Batch

This was done in between the last post and this one. I think they are a big improvement over the last profile. Can you are tell that their shoulders are supposed to be seen? I'm going to probably make 4 standard variations, peachy, olive, dark, and pale. Pale isn't shown in this picture, but it will be a more "ginger" tone, and will have freckles. Sneek Peak

...of the new interface design. The boxes are a rough location of where certain indicators will go. I'm planning on it being more appropriate for the setting, but I won't spoil much more. 

In the actual game, I fixed most of the bugs with the spanking events, like moving while clicking and what not. I also made a switch that makes the actual spanking parts automatic instead of a manual click or button press. I'll make a way to turn it on or off in game too.

I finally came up with some ideas for the reward tiers. I underestimated the potential support I'd get for the game, so I want to come up with some means of rewarding those people who are generous enough to give to me.

Today, I spent most of my time working on the game to make a proper title screen. Not the most exciting development for you all, but it definitely makes the game seem more professional. I've done a lot of work with the first npc interactions, and I really have my work cut out for me. The amount of variations from all of the stats for just one character is really astounding. The first inn keeper who already had one of the most complex events is at least twice as big, and I'm not even finished. Reflection upon experimentation.

A late night special update. I've been messing with the behavior, control, and familiarity options in an npc's dialogue for the first time, and I have to say this new system opens up a lot of potential for future work. This right here is a sneak peak of what I've spent the last 2 days on. Some of the stuff is a bit sloppy, like I meant to clear that gold window up in the corner, and make a new icon for the gold as well. Update 3/24/17

I've decided to do updates whenever I make significant progress. For a while they may be daily, but who knows.

After getting a lot of background code done for things like the auto healing, damage causing, and general spanking event processes, I ended up with a system involving 12 different states possible that indicate butt damage.
