Well, we've finally hit volume 2's first sex scene, and I'm rather proud of it! Hopefully, everyone else will like it too. 

With this, I've officially written the whole thing! It still needs editing, of course, as does every other part of the chapter... And proofreading... But still! 

If anyone's curious, part 3 clocks in at 2,098 putting the rough draft at 7,293! (I do some editing between parts, so don't worry if the numbers don't quite add up between them.)

Author's Note: Wrote way more than I expected, today! Specifically 3,083 words. Discounting anything I erased. The second half of that sort of hit stream of consciousness mode, so some of this is going to be rougher than the rest - but it's mostly just a matter of polishing, even there

Demon Queened - Chapter 19

Another chapter finished! It's rather short - the wordcount clocks in at about 1.7k  - but it feels complete to me. I'm expecting chapter 20 to be a bit bigger, around 3 to 4k, but I don't want to make any promises.

Naughty Magic - Chapter 1

So, I've mentioned this before, but I kinda started a new series? I was writing it as a way to try and get my mind off Demon Queened, while I had writer's block. So, as some of you might be aware, I did the public release of my last chapter a bit earlier than the norm - after one week, instead of two. So, first off, I'm officially establishing the order of chapters. I'll go back and edit the titles later, but I'm officially doing all of Abigail's chapters (14, 15, and 16, so far) before returning to Devilla and Lucy. There's also going to be one more Abigail chapter before the reunion kicks off - but it's going to be a really short one. In fact, when it eventually goes public, I'm planning to release it and the Devilla/Lucy Reunion simultaneously.

Quick Question On Preferred Scenes for Chapter 15

So, as everyone is undoubtedly already aware, I recently wrote a scene for Devilla and Lucy's reunion. I've been planning to put it after all the Abigail & Nivera chapters, to avoid bouncing around too much, but that order isn't really set in stone. I was going to decide after I'd completely released both scenes, but since there's a good chance I'll release more chapters to the public before then... Well, I figured I'd just ask what people would prefer.

Demon Queened - Chapter 18 (Devilla & Lucy Part 1)

So, I already made an announcement about this a couple days ago, but just to clarify - this isn't exactly the next chapter (15.) I'm probably going to write all of Abigail's bits before this one comes up, in terms of numeric order. December Announcements - Upcoming DQ Stuff

So, the good news is, I've gotten another DQ bit to a place where I'm ready to edit and release it. I'm hoping to get that done by the 25th, and release it - while probably making the last chapter public, while I'm at it. There is, however, a bit of an addendum... Namely, I'm not entirely sure which chapter it is, number wise.

Currently, I'm bouncing back and forth between detailing Abigail and Devilla - the former dealing with Nivera, and the latter reuniting with Luc...

Status Update

Hi. Still alive. The editing has been taking far longer than I hoped - mostly due to me still trying to find a proper balance between pushing myself enough to get things done, and not pushing myself so hard I burn out. And also because mental health issues keep popping up - I've been able to deal with them well enough (though I'm currently in for a really rough patch, due to medication changes) but the bigger issue is that it's hard to get back into the swing of things when things ke...

Quick poll on chapter release preferences!

So, I've recently come to appreciate just how ridiculous my Demon Queened chapters tend to be in length. (I knew they were a bit long, but a couple days back I checked the average chapter length of some of the stories I read. Discovering that the ones with longer updates average at around 4,000 words kinda drove home what an 8,000 word average really meant.)
