Render has finished, going to go back and change some things again but Ive started working on the sound. feels weird looking at it with no sound, aquward even but im sure it will be great once some pasaz is in it. also some other editing to do in post eevee even looks better then I thought. Hello everyone! been a week. as I've said I have been working on my next animation. and I've finally go to a spot where im seeing the light. at first I tried making my own hair, and it looked shit but I knew i could get it looking ok but then i started fixing other problems and i kinda realized that cycles was just too much work for what it was worth. it doesn't.. it just idk wtf its doing but technically the flicker is gone.. i think. but now there is ghosting and i can see through her hair... or is that another ghost? and thats not the void behind her. thats a white plane so there is an object behind her.

ill figure something out. ether fix this because there must some configuration that works....
or just fix the flicker by changing the hair and rerendering the 10k fram...

Explaining the problem with the silk growth. part 1

this video shows my main issue rn. the flicker in the hair. at this point it would have been way easier to just remake the hair but i don't enjoy doing that to models that aren't mine, still. 10x easier as blender has a good hair system anyway. the flicker isn't bad but it would still ruin the animation and just needs to be fixed. as ive said Turbo tools is an addon that makes renders faster and higher quality. it does that for the most part, with, some, complications but never has been an is...

this is my highest effort still yet. as it turns out doubling the amount of quality characters make it take longer. who would have thought. so it makes sense that it also has the most angles, altho some of them are quite similar.

who doesn't like Tifa and 2B? some lovely intimacy with the little guys i really dig. will diffidently do more in the future.

Hello. im leaving for the weekend again but before i go got something in the works.

Kiriko Cafeteria growth

Man what are they putting in that cafeteria food.

ive been done with my animation for a couple days now but like. a minute per frame because shoot me i decided to do it cycles. and there is 10 thousand frames of growth n shit. im excited that its done but all just kinda staring at the screen like. this is awkward.

Tifa Shipping delays

Amazon fucked up for the last time.

Had a lot of fun making this one, also a lot of pain.
This warehouse scene is horribly optimized for blender and there was major lag anytime i selected anything. none of the boxes are instanced and all are highly detailed and there is like so many of them... regardless it looks great and I love the minor destruction. at this scale you can really feel every bit that is happening unlike at larger scales where its lost in the rubble.
