Pugilist - v0.8

Hey backers!

Linked here is the Pugilist v0.8. I am already working on a few more changes that will bring it up to v0.81 and the $5+ backers have been voting on the last three pugilist archetypes behind the scenes. The next pugilist update (which will only happen here, not the blog) will include all changes to the core class and existing archetypes + include one new archetype as voted on by the $5+ backers.
