The Future!

Hello there backers!

First, a huge thanks for all your support. In less than a month from the launch of this patreon we've gotten 14 backers and are making nearly $50 a month. I have already reached out to several artists and am discussing price points and deadlines with a couple artists in particular. So great!

As you have no doubt seen, this month I wrapped up the final Complete __________ Handbook series. I breathe an incredibly deep sigh of relief to have this undertaking (temporarily) over. While I have long term plans to review, revise, and add to the Complete _______ Handbooks to eventually compile them into one huge Complete Adventurer Handbook, that's a long way off into the future. Since you're all so great I want to give you some previews for the near future too!

First, let's talk about March and April. March is special because D&D 5e is finally getting a non-Forgotten Realms adventure module and, miracle of miracles, its Ravenloft! As a child Ravenloft was my favorite campaign setting so, as a manchild, March is going to be a whole month dedicated to Ravenloft content. Look forward to new backgrounds, spells, feats, a prestige class, and PLENTY of monsters this month.

April is my birthday month so I am celebrating by making whatever I want for the whole month, no rules! Mostly this month will probably feature science fantasy content (specifically I am thinking of developing a full system for either space ships or the internet) but other fantasy archetypes and tropes I love will also make it in this month. It should be pretty eclectic and I imagine even if you don't share all of my interests you'll find at least a few things to pique your interest.

Finally, this month the campaign got its first $15+ a month backer and he has already been in touch with me about the content he'd like me to make. I won't give away any details (though he is welcome to in the comments!) but I have been brainstorming and hope to have something to show in the first week or at latest second week of March. I'm excited about it!
