It’s been a little bit since I’ve done any Procreate process walkthrus, thought you might enjoy it! Here I basically finished the pencils already and wanted to add in the shadow beneath the two figures. So I created a separate layer on top and thickened the pencil, then just scribbled a pretty tight field where I thought the shadows would fall. From there I duplicated the layer a few times and merged them together just to thicken the darkness (so to speak), then used Gaussian Blur to clou...

Working on the first of the promo commissions! I’ve actually never done a futanari piece (not really my thing, personally) so with that considered, I think this is coming along nicely. This is probably the first time I’ve ever drawn Raven, too, and definitely the first time I’ve drawn anything related to Overwatch (detailing even one of Widowmaker’s boots took a little reference research). Should be done by Saturday!

I’m working out the next couple of pages of SIRENS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN and I’m hoping to have them completed and ready by next weekend! Meantime, I’m also working on the next line art piece for the Black Cat sequence I started with that last pinup. Tiers 2 and up will get a full line art preview of all three of the next comic pages within the week, as well as an extra Black Cat line art piece!

That and I’ve been sitting on this particular Naughty Pixie portrait for a minute, so it’s gratifying to knock out the foundational work so I can hit the ground running with colors.

So I kinda lied. I intended there to be only three more pages but I realized there was more that I needed/wanted to do, and…fuck it, this is a creator owned project (utilizing trademarked characters, but still) so I’ll add more pages if I want to, damn it! Good news is: these really are the final pages so I’ll do as many of them in a shot as I can and see if I can’t blitz this art. I’ve got a few tricks up my sleeve to make it happen 😎

I did this ten-page comic commission about a year ago; it was requested as purely line art with an option to color it at a discounted rate in future. I haven’t shared much from this project given that the client intends to publish it somewhere/somehow and I didn’t want to step on any toes.
