Completed pencils for the next page of First Lesson; I am nearly done with penciling the follow up page and will begin inking once I’m done with the next. So far, this new arrangement seems to be helping me pump the pages out a little faster/easier so fingers crossed I can churn out more material that much better. More to come!

This was the very first full color render of naughty art I ever completed. I figured this is a decent holdover until I have more Miranda material; I hadn’t quite figured out how to color my ink lines yet and I was a ways away from learning how to really layer colors or integrate my pencil work. This one is based on an Instamodel named Liliana Garcia (I was more-or-less challenged to lol). I’ve been trying to get creative with these on using the environment to set up the scale, and the jewelry I put all over Lilly kind of led me to the jewelry box concept. This’ll be fun to build 😎

At long last….completed comics pages!!! I’m so excited to finally share this work; it’s taken me a bit of getting used to but I think it’s coming out nicely so far (if not super-pro looking, but fuck it, I’m developing my own style 😎) and if people react well to this then I definitely have ideas/plans for continuation past this first story. And yes, these first few pages are light on the sex, but I’ve got to take at least a moment to set up characters and story. More to come so...

Finishing this commission equals two things: 1) the completion of quite a bit of coloring experimentation (which worked out beautifully) and 2) I can now get to work on final pages for my first Miranda comic! Expect a few Naughty Pixies here and there for good measure while we’re at it, but in the meantime, enjoy the worship ❤️. Rather than simply posting the flats of this commission as I’m usually given to do, I thought I’d show off a little of this process. I’m particularly proud of the way the window is coming along with the inference of stained glass. Right now it looks like a damn Skittles window, but I had the opportunity to dig into Procreate’s gradient functions and do some real smooth blending for a change. This will go a long way to create the right mood and atmosphere in this piece.

Another round of practicing dark base colors without making them full on black. At least Black Canary came out way better in this shot than the Green Arrow rooftop one. Some new Procreate brushes allowed me to get a way better texture on the body hair, too. Should be done with this one sometime next week!
