5 Quad Stretches

Hi lovelies! These are some stretches you can do if you're feeling tightness in your thighs & hip flexors. Great for before & after cardio! Description of each stretch below. Hold for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

I like to do these when I'm thinking about the next move, want to slow things down after going ham, or just want to keep it simple but still spicy. As far as the toes being pointed, I say this to get used to the engagement in your leg then feel free to play with a point & flex. Record yourself & see what you like & what feels most comfortable for you! Experimenting with different variations is key! Have fun !
