MGG v1.27b is now Available!

The new version of Monster Girl Garden (1.27b) is now available for all Silver+ patrons. This version adds the new male faces to all of the male monsters, and fixes a bunch of r* animations which were not playing correctly. Some gameplay changes, and a bunch of bug fixes as well. The rocks should not be yeetable anymore while breaking down boulders, the autocleaners should no longer deposit a blank item into chests, and more.

69 Days After patch

I uploaded a patch for 69 Days After, this should fix the issue with the scroll bar in some of the journal entries. Additionally, there were problems with the Good Ending that I didn't notice until now, and they are fixed as well.

The patron download contains a simple walkthrough for the Good Ending, it does not contain any story spoilers.

69 Days After 0.16 is now Available!

The new version is now available for all Silver+ patrons.
This new version adds a ton of new graphics and some content. Snow's graphics have been completely changed, aside from polaroids. Juniper now has clothing deterioration graphics, and Amber has cum covered graphics. There's a new polaroid, and the final expedition is now complete. The final expedition is part of the Secret Ending 1, which has taken another big step towards completion.

69DA; New Snow Graphics

Snow has been redesigned, and their clothing deterioration graphics are complete. These are the new graphics, Snow is meant to look better and more feminine in the redesign. Additionally, Snow's uniform is designed to look more like a college student's uniform, instead of a High School uniform. While Snow has always been over 18, this redesign is partially to avoid any conflicts with Steam's release policies.

January Release Plans

Happy New Year everyone, I hope you all had a safe and fun holiday season. It's a new year, and that means it's time to get straight down to the grind.
I'm hoping to finish 69 Days After to a point that I feel comfortable uploading it to Steam, that may not be this next version but soon.

Randomized Faces

Okay, I know I said I wasn't going to implement these yet, but I got really excited and hammered it out. These are some of the faces randomized under the new system, eventually all the male characters in the game will use this system.

You can also see how successfully androgynous the face is in some of the more feminine looking randoms. I'm planning on revisiting the Stylist very soon too, and perhaps adding options which let you change how masculine/feminine your male monsters look. View Post

New Heads - Blendshapes preview

Here's some of the blendshapes for the new heads. Most of these are just for facial expressions which will be added to animations, but some of them can also be used to change the face of the character. At the moment these are limited to eye/brow shapes etc, but I also plan to add a few for changing the general shape of the head/face, like jaw and cheek deformers.

RogueLove v0.15 is now Available!

The new version of RogueLove is now available for all Silver+ patrons. This version sees a massive overhaul to damage, instead of random numbers and ranges, all player damage is now based on actual dice rolls, which display under the map any time damage is dealt.

RogueLove; Revised/New Spells

The spells system has been reworked in RogueLove. Spells are divided into Cantrips and Spells now, Cantrips being the grey set. Cantrips are fairly weak compared to spells, but can be cast infinitely (aside from the 2 healing cantrips). This lets the player use Cantrips on an Intelligence based character so they don't have to rely on the Strength stat at all for combat, if they so choose. Additionally, as the character levels up, more damage dice will be added to the Cantrips.

RogueLove; New Weapon Damage

Just making a post here to show you all the chart I made for the weapon rebalances. These are all based on classic dice roll mechanics. The first DPS number shown is the average result of all possible combinations, while the 'Real DPS' is the same number adjusted by the weapons speed.

December Release Plans

These are the plans for releases in December. In RogueLove, I'll be doing a lot of balances to weapon and magic damage, as well as many enemies and bosses. For MGG there will be more animations, and content for systems like talents and flowers. I'll also be fixing more bugs from previous versions, and working towards more end game content. MGG v1.25b is now Available!

The new version is now available. This version adds two big overhauls, to the calendar and to flowers. The calendar is now split into 4 seasons instead of 12 months, making it much faster to get to the other seasons. The seasonal tournaments have all been shuffled to accommodate the change. Flowers will now have a level, from 0-5, and will gain and lose xp depending on whether or not they were watered that day. MGG v1.24b is now Available!

This version adds a massive HUD overhaul to the game, lots of information has been reorganized and more info is now visible, including shortcuts to the sub menus (encyclopaedia, etc.). Additionally, there are new graphics for hovering over garden elements. Items, Flowers, Trees, and powered Decorations can all be hovered over for more info. MGG patch now available!

A new patch (v1.23.1b) for MGG has been uploaded, the patch addresses the following issues:
Monster Manager improvements; sometimes displayed the wrong species, sometimes showed the wrong data in the wrong spot, and all species are counted in the sex records now.  
Decoration placement fixed, as far as I know every decoration is now placeable and colliding properly

MGG v1.23b is now Available!

The new version of MGG is now available for all Silver+ patrons! This version adds the Greater Succubus, an evolution of the Lesser Succubus which is created when the latter has sex with every other kind of species possible. Also, this version fixes two crafting errors, one in the Workshop which was removing the wrong items sometimes, and the second from dropping stacks of items to combine them. New Development Build Available!

A new dev build of MGG is now available for Ruby patrons. This version contains the new upcoming species, the Greater Succubus. It also includes the neko skeleton fix, which fixes the hands of Female and Futanari monsters using the neko skeleton. Lastly, an error which allowed Futanari monsters to be born when the setting to block them was on has been fixed.

New Species Preview

Here's a preview of the new species coming to the next version, the Greater Succubus, or just Succubus. The Succubus is the final form of the Lesser Succubus, and is created by having a Lesser Succubus gather cum (have sex with) one monster of every other species, including a Dragon.

MGG hotfix (1.22.05b) available!

I've uploaded a patch/hotfix for the latest version, to fix a few issues and add a couple of changes working towards the new version.

Ruby Patrons can re-download their itemcodes.txt and you will notice that every item in the game is now listed there, with a code to access them for free, infinitely. Honey Bees will also be able to become resident now, and Power Generators have some improvements/tweaks. Their range has been increased to 7x7 tiles, and instead of having a circular range, ...

Current plans for September are looking something like this. 69 Days After will be getting it's first ending, and some other new content. MGG will be getting some end game content, and I'll be looking at improving the economy.
