Hi!
The next review is a machine I bought out of sheer curiosity: A £299 espresso machine (with built in grinder) from Aldi.
It is awful. Truly very bad.
I am happy to give it away, but as it can't make good coffee I think the only place it could go would be to a home of someone willing to take it to pieces to fix its many flaws as a fun little project.
I say again, it is very bad. It is also 220V/50hz (and a UK plug, but that's not the tricky fix her...

Coming up later this month will be the freezing video, but that isn't the universal solution to all problems of staling so this seems good to mix in with it...

Once again - this is a 220V/50Hz machine and if you're not extremely comfortable with modding electronics then I wouldn't suggest using it in North America.

So this is a little experiment. One of the requests I've had is for ad-free videos for Patrons. This video doesn't have an ad read in it any more, and so it is hosted on Vimeo.
I'm aiming to do this for the next few sponsored videos, but I will be honest and say that this is only worthwhile if you prefer/watch it. If you're happy watching on YouTube and ad reads don't bother you - let me know.
