You all know THE PG LICK, right? Walk up 4 notes, mosey on back, repeat on frappe. CLASSIC!
BUT....
There's a better way to practice it! PG himself has said he regrets starting people off with this fundamentally challenging lick which requires FAST 2 way pick slanting navigation. It's just too steep of a learning curve! But I've found a better way to practice it, and I'm gonna show you all today!

YEAH! As promised, here's the workout i came up with the other week when i was having trouble with tensing up my picking hand. These speed bursts on the high strings REALLY helped me learn to keep that pick nice and loose in my digits and maintain a relaxed smooth feel throughout... and so can YOU!!!
