It's so weird to me how different pixel art and regular painting feel, even though they're supposed to be the same

Here's the speedpaint for the gideon animation! You can really tell how much I was initially struggling with the colors hahaha. There's an entire section of it with highlights and stuff that I ended up scrapping because they didn't feel good!
