it's almost mid month. i feel its better to double up with July art . will not pause again. pauses make me lazy, makes returning to normal harder.

Introducing the Tier FuDoggos & some stuff

I've had them ugly Folder icons for years, time the tiers got a refreshing. There's Tips, which I plan to bring back. Then in ascending order is Silver, Gold and Jade. I figure there's no point being serious and formal. I draw fuzzy ladies, that's the fact.

Create a Zodiac final round

It's funneled down to Metal Mousy girl, y'all into the 2020 spirit.

In this final round, you get to decide on her role in the Peach Garden, her non-personal-relations specialty. In ancient chinese times, the brothel was one of the few places where the commoner with enough money could get a taste of imperial stuff, like court dances and refined music. Mostly high-class refined activities, not plate-spinning or circus acrobatics.

 It's a tie between Dragon and Mouse, so I let Lady Luck pick the winner, best ouf of 5 coin flips and Mouse wins by a squeak!

So we've narrowed it down to a mouse girl. Next up is her element, that guides her general design and maybe some of personality. Could be interpretive, a water mouse could have scale patterning like a koi painting, and a wood mouse could be any combination of plant (and petal / leaf ears).

Here's some stream stuff, I've got 2 weeks to put art together so as usual, I test them digitally before using paper. I feel old, winded at the end of a 4hr stream.

Nothing's really up, just want to make room for commissions, some have been on hold before my tooth fiasco.

2020 April PSDs

Kinda scrapped the idea of COVIS19, pretty sure it'd be insensitive if I write the chinese 19 on her tum, but the roman XIX doesn't quite have the same punch.

2020 April Pack

Hello all, everyone staying safe?

It's been a bit bumpy. It's now Phase... 4 of the stay-in-place, I think? With every phase are new set of guidelines to remember, so every fortnight what I knew before either no longer applies or have new caveats attached. Hopefully this stabilizes a little longer than 2 weeks.

Got the new hard drive, so that's at least the next few years sorted out.

COVID lockdown is starting to ease up. Yesterday was the first day of Conditional Movement Controlled Order, basicly recovery phase.

Non essentials are starting to open up, that includes compy tech shops. I'm giving it a few days before I go out and explore my options, maybe the bigger places need to reassess their SOP and situation before opening up. I know for sure a smaller tech shop is open until 5pm, as a backup.

streaming on hold

COVID things have been improving slightly, and if it holds up by the 24th, the threat level may be brought down back to Code Blue in phase 4. Next phase doesn't start until the 29th but gov usually decides a few days in advance how to proceed.

Making progress on art but I've decided unless I really need to, I'm gonna lay off streaming, to try extend my hard drive's life. It's a few months past 3 years, On average I have maybe another few more months before meeting the dreaded Blue Scree...

2020 Feb PSDs

Quite a batch this time. aside from the usual PSDs, got a lot of scraps. Did some livestreaming where I digitally sketched the ideas to save on paper, and I'd like to include those in the Scraps going forward. It's still work, and a look at an idea at its earliest and ugliest.

Not much else going on, no longterm plans, they get derailed too easily these days.

2020 Feb Xpack

It's been a very unsexy time, was struggling to make smut while my mojo is cold like ice. But I managed, sort of.

Big one this pack is Velvet: 99% digital, shaded, and with variants. She's a trial for digital-from-scratch works and comms. Still not perfect but I've learned much from the process.

Hello everyone, COVID19 update.

- I've never been clinically diagnosed for depression but for days, I've just been feeling sorry for myself. not sure what I'm feeling sorry about, just rather down in the dumps and want nothing more than to be a lazy potato. None of the redraws are turning out right, managed to save a few for scraps later. I tend to tear up failures and move on.
