Paperdoll Systems
As I was testing the Paperdoll system for Itch.IO , i got an error because the paper doll has more than 1000+ png/images ... (yes that many clothes) ... I dont want to self host the HTML either
I think having a lot of clothes will be nice and gives the player variety... So I guess extensive options will be for offline (MAC/PC) while the online will only like have 3 sets or what...
Clothes set will also impact the conversation (and actions) of the MCs
How does this work?
Things I still need to understand as a 1 month game developer.
1) how to properly setup patreon? Is there a best practice? I really would like to get feedback on the the releases and WIP. Feel free to chat me as well?
2) Since I'm using renpy, asset manipulation and position is quite hard... Also how do I make sure every version is compatible save filewise? How do I even share my own save file.
3) Whats the best images... is it 3d? anime? What is AI art?

I've started the paperdoll system as this will be a major feature in v0.3 ... one thing I also realized is that I cannot really work on the story itself until the public release otherwise there could be more content suddenly for the public release...

I would like to give some games "closure". I will try to get the original author's approval and vision. It will be to get it to the point where the story ends (or at least the main storyline has a good ending)
Ideally I would like to know the reasons it was discontinued or removed so the Mod/Fork will not run into the same issue.
I'll start with RenPy Games for now (since thats the engine I'm making my own game on - See next post) but also looking at Twine, Unity and others.
