So I can only afford to make 2 designs, so I have some finalized sketches that I like the most, one of which will be included based on your votes! However, there’s also my exclusive sketchbook process for making them as well! Seeing a bit of the design process I think it really important and gives you some insight into how I work and come up with my ideas.

Weekly Sketch Stream

These weeks have been hard and I want to do things outside every week, so on the weekends Fri-Sun between 2-6pm, I want to start doing these weekly streams.

I got the idea because today was a nice day so I sat on my stoop and tested out the Instagram Live feature— I like it a lot but I don’t like that it doesn’t save in a place where I can show everyone besides my story. However, I can save it as a recording to my phone and post it here for all of you!

Color Palettes

Here’s a few color palettes I’ve been thinking of for the April character design. I want to go with some desaturated colors contrasting against brighter ones, something with a pop of cool blue but mostly warm.

Handlettering Practice

Recently we’ve been going over handlettering in my class and that’s always been something i’ve been trying to work on, so here’s some sketches and a finished doodle of one of my practices! I’ll be doing more of these soon as well.

Sketchbook (Part 1)

I've been wanting to put up a pdf version of my sketchbook for a while, I've gotten requested to as well by people who see them in real life, but I had only a few pages left in it before it was finished. So now that I've gotten to finishing about half of my new sketchbook, I've been scanning and arranging a pdf of my old sketchbook from when I FIRST started art school that I only finished last summer!

Risograph Prints

These are the (hopeful) colors for my Risograph prints! I'll be making the first and second ones as prints this weekend. I posted the first one in black and white before but never in color so this is very behind the scenes! Soon I'll be putting these up for my Merch Tier to mail out.
