Tried to perform an older track of mine. Enjoy the long ambient dark. Used Bitwig, Soundiron Emotional Piano, Audiority Delays, Surreal Machines Diffuse and the new sonible Smart EQ live.

Small new device preset for Bitwig. Initially planned as my second tutorial part for "Probability Clips" but it would be too short, so I'm sharing only the device "preset". Once loaded, you can change, via one simple knob, the chance of the notes being played inside a clip. Very handy for dynamic Arrangements or Performances or to spice up static midi clips without becoming too &n...

This time it's about creating synth layers for your boring samples but in an unusual way. It could be that you never heard about this device before or never used it that way. Let´s find out and solve this clickbait mystery.

ntroducing "Bedroom Performances" [sic]: Making a video for every piece of music is very difficult. However, video content is now mandatory for the Internet. In addition, static arrangements can be boring. That's why I try out Bedroom perfomances with video and tips here and there to spread some knowledge. At least I'll try to explore the area a little bit. That's the first piece.

Sometimes random is not enough. Today it's all about how to force certain chances or conditions with the Clip Launcher. We start with a static clip, add some probability conditions and drift off into complete randomness for certain notes.

Unusual paths often lead to interesting results. This time I would like to introduce one of many ways to generate chords in Bitwig and quickly modify them. When you think of Bitwig, don't think in features but in possibilities.

Today I would like to show you how to create a so called "Reece Sound" or “Reece Bass" in Bitwig or any other DAW with a 2 Oscillator Synth.

I have prepared a sample pack as a gift with rimshots for all of you. I hope you find it useful. (please click "polaritymusic" above)

Do you have any peaks you want to get rid of? The AMP device helps you. Sometimes you have to cut things off. You can download the preset for the AMP device here: https://polaritymusic.s3.amazonaws.com/tools-bitwig/bws2-Polarity-SoftClip.zip

I never really used presets. But since I have bitwig, this has changed. Preparing complete chains and even in conjunction with VST plugins can save a lot of time if you open Bitwig and want to record your ideas directly.

Big topic, but I tried to narrow it down to some easy tipps. Group your Tracks. Choose a reference. Start to mix important tracks first, begin at the bottom. Make creative mixing decisions. Use a visualizer with the reference and your ears equally.

Dynamic Sequencing is about getting as much information as possible into the chain to make it easily modifiable. To draw notes and expressions statically into the arranger is for me a thing of the past. The majority of the VST plugins advertise to bring "live" and "dirt" into the productions to make them more alive. With Bitwig you have the possibility to create a living sound right at the source. Look at the arranger as a relict of the past and use him as what he is, a slightly better recording...

Hi folks, weekend is over and I've put together a little practical tutorial again. This time it's about bass sounds and how to create them best. On the way to the result I try to cheer you on the advantages of Bitwig as always. Whoever has questions may ask.

If the ideas are missing or if you just want to play a little bit with the harmony theory, you can just let the computer be creative. Notes can be easily generated with Bitwig and the Note Echo.

When you produce club tracks, a tight lowend is important. I'm trying to present some easy-to-use techniques that will make the producer's everyday life easier. Different things in the tutorial are common to DAW, but I use bitwig specific devices.

I'm starting to get the names for the tracks but not the ideas. This is the result of a chill night and some experiments with bitwig's random modulators. Nothing special, but perfect to come down after a long working day. Visuals are extracts from the Spaceengine 0.9.8.1 preview.

I uploaded this one before but only on Facebook. Content ID by google is very strict on flagging 3rd party content (interstellar movie footage). So this is monetized by warner. I definitively need my own visuals but this would be another pile of work i have no time for.
