Patreon Reconfigured

Hey guys! I did a minor change to my Patreon so it can encompass all sorts of big projects, and not just Wartorn. There are some small changes, but mostly the tiers are the same. $15 tier got eliminated, and the $10 tier is beefed up a bit, as is the $50 tier.

I also added a summary and some preview stuff for my current lead project, Hero! Otherwise known as my magical girl corgi comic.

Lessons Learned - Comic

Heya! Due to a random opportunity over break to apply to IDW, I threw together a 16-page comic for my portfolio about horses! I am given to understand that a lot of you like horses.

I spent yesterday and today hammering the hell out of an outline. My goal is to print this out, red pen it to death, revise it, then shotgun it to some trustworthy friends. Once it's fairly airtight, I will begin thumbnailing everything, and yoooou guys get to start watching thumbnails happen!!

Worldbuilding: Quadrants

Let's keep talking about the world!

The yet-unnamed continent this story takes place on is split into 5 areas: Winter, Spring, Summer, Autumn, and the central volcano. Each quadrant has its own season that never changes, and its own topographical oddities and strange denizens.

I finally read a book by my favorite author Rachel Aaron, called 2k to 10k, which is all about her storytelling methods and writing methods and how that got her to up to like a 10k per day word count, and holy crap this book changed my life a little bit.
