Hope everyone is well. It's a new month, and I am going to tackle some new things. First thing is some more streams! Irene and I sat down to play some Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. In 2015, It's Super Effective had it's best year with over 300,000 podcast downloads. You blew 2016 out of the water with our show having over 600,000 downloads! Not only has ISE been the #1 Pokémon show in iTunes, but we doubled our listener base this past year. I cannot thank our listeners enough for supporting the show and listening week after week. Happy Birthday... to us! Today is our 6th year of recording and producing "It's Super Effective". I'm so proud of the show and what it has become. What stands out the most to me after all these years of ISE has been our listeners. Yesterday's post I said new things were coming soon. Soon is today! As of today, there are over 240 episodes of It's Super Effective in iTunes. For new listeners or even listeners that haven't been around for the past 5+ years, this can be daunting to see. If we rounded each episode to an hour, that is 10 straight days of content.
