New Player blueprint pack! BPmk1 means it's built in a mk1 Blueprint Maker. All belts are mk1 so you can customize them yourselves. Lastly, there's a FULL mk2 aluminum setup blueprint that 'just works', but you'll need 2 alternate recipes: Sloppy Aluminum and Pure Aluminum Ingot. Enjoy!

SUPAH CITY Template - Cities Skylines 2
Here is the template city I used for my "1,000,000 Population Challenge" video.
I used a mod that unlocks all tiles, the 529 mod, however it was from an older version of the game. I'm confident any 'unlock all tiles' type mod would work fine though.
The completed, end of challenge city was too large to upload here so it will be posted in the Discord. Tbh it probably won't run on your computer and if it does it'll deep fry your hardware so PLAY WITH CAUTION!
