The Patreon merchant license covers models distributed on Patreon, a separate license is required to sell models from the project. As long as you are a merchant on Patreon, this commercial license of the project does not take effect (by default, 1 year), that is, if you are no longer our merchant on Patreon/Tribe, then you will have another year of an active license to sell models from the project.
