Resting comfortable in the hotel room in Minneapolis after the first day of shooting "Atop the Fourth Wall: The Movie," Needless to say I got plenty of rest last night after the long trip. Originally I was supposed to leave via train on Friday morning at 8:37am. But when I called Amtrak after I got home from the Midnight Screenings on Thursday night, the train to Chicago was cancelled. I was to get off in Chicago, and then catch a connecting train to St. Paul.

Hello everyone! Currently on a train heading to Chicago, so I can then carpool to Detroit for Midwest Media Expo. Hope to see a lot of people there! It'll be nice to get out of town for a few days, especially how truly awful and depressing the past month was. Maybe you guys can help me here. There's this movie that I've been looking for, I think that it MIGHT be a Japanese movie, or a Yakuza movie, I'm not 100% sure on that, but I believe at the least it's an action film.
The movie has absolutely no supernatural element to it, I think, except for in the very last scene, when there's a fight going on, and then all of the sudden, one of the guys pulls like an orb or some sort out, and it ends up blowing up the entire world.

Knock on wood, looks like the trip back will be a bit easier than last year's trip back from Magfest! Mainly because at least this time I'm actually on the train! Thus begins my long train ride to DC for Magfest. Lets see, it's 4 hours to Chicago, where Rob and I are going to grab some lunch during my 4 hour layover. Hanging out at Chicago Union station when you're waiting to board a superliner with a sleeper isn't so bad, because they give you access to this giant lounge that's kinda cool. Unfortunately on the way back I won't have access to that, since I'll be going from sleeper car (DC to Chicago) to coach (Chicago to Springfield)
