some finished stuff this week WOO!! mostly animal crossing drawings since i've been having a nice time playing <:")

lately i've been trying to get better at coloring and depicting mood! it's....tough....i like drawing backgrounds (really goofy ones!!) and i like coloring, but i find having to do both unpleasant;; but more of a reason to get better at it i guess!!

yeesh, i was working and before i knew it, it was midnight!! sorry folks!!

this week i have a bit of a mixed bag of stuff to share!! including a tiny peek at a series of posters i wanna do for demon slayer! i'm trying to keep it one poster for each arc, but i have so many ideas and things i wanna draw it's driving me nuts!! i'll probably turn the first one into an 11x17 print for fun and use the second one for the series of posters. i can't wait for the movie...i hope october comes soon...

it's sunday yet again! this week was kinda slow on the art front, but i do have some sketches for you all! you'd think being quarantined would really get the creative juices flowing, but it's tough finding the motivation.... at least i have video games i guess...

i've been having a real fun time with animal crossing so i drew my island lineup!! marzipan is the cutest island in the business!! and we're only gonna get cuter!!!!!!

Running Out Of Titles

Some finished stuff! I'm pretty sure i've posted snake boy here before, but I wanted to try redoing it in procreate! I've been trying really hard to get the hang of coloring in procreate but at the moment it seems like i'm just gonna keep using it for inking...

The Mui's were inked in procreate so i've attached the timelapse for that if you wanna take a peek! My inking process is just hitting undo 50 million times and hoping I get it right eventually LOL

Happy Sunday everyone!!!! For this weeks post I’ve decided to upload some pieces I’ve done while trying to get used to procreate and drawing on the iPad in general!! 

I pretty much exclusively used the amazing Hamtarto’s brushes for all of these because they are KILLER. If you’re in the market for good brushes I super rec these.

i've been thinking a lot about my little weird monster family so i inked a few drawings i've done of them! i don't think i've quite reached their final designs yet, but i think i'm close!!! they have names now too! the girl is louisa (but her nicknames are 'lou' and 'louie'), the vampire is percival and the fuzzy monster is reuben!! 

the last three sketches are some viola expressions i did awhile back, some rose of versailles fanart from last year and a cute zenitsu doodle i found ...

First Post Of 2020!

WOW 2020 IS HERE!!! YAAAAAAY!! i'm excited to see what this year will bring and what art i'll create! *__* so many things can happen! let's hope they're all good things!

Goodies

Howdy!!! I got a couple of goodies this time around! Two whole speed paints, One finished pic, and a bunch of (in my humble opinion, very nice) sketches!

I’m still not 100% sold on the iPad so far, but I also don’t have Paperlike yet and I hear that makes a huuuuge difference so I’m eagerly waiting!! I dont think it‘ll ever REALLY replace my intuos, I just love my dumb drawpile brushes too much!!!

Anyway, with 2019 coming to a close I’m not really sure how I feel about...

Oh boy I hope this works

December hasn’t been very kind to me for multiple reasons but a highlight of this month has been the fact I finally got an iPad Pro!!! it came last week and I’ve been trying to get used to drawing on it. it's true! no but animenyc is FINALLY wrapped up! it was such a great experience! i loved meeting so many cool new people and seeing some familiar faces!!! i'm sure i looked like a dork but i've always been a dork so it works out LOL i will spare you all my ramblings of this weekend that felt like 3 weeks in 3 days

Pillar Print

i believe this might be my final kny print (maybe even final print in general) for animenyc2019! i'm really fond of how it turned out, it was really tricky but really worth it in the end. ;__;

i showed off the sketch on here awhile back  and aside from some tweaking/placement changes it pretty much stayed the same! originally i wanted to keep it very simple and try single colors for each box/hashira and strong inks with some screentone. kinda like an official print you might see in...

The First Kimetsu Print

Woohoo! 

i'm very pleased with this print! i think it came out so good!! there are things i'm not 100% COMPLETELY on board with, but i feel like if i keep prodding and poking at it, i'll just end up hating it. besides, the positive emotions outweigh the negative and that's GOOD ENUFF FOR ME!

Yayyy new post!! I got some stuff DONE this weekend cause i'm pretty much finished with all my freelance! WEW!! I've been inking for like 5 days STRAIGHT...i'm so happy o(-( here's some finished stuff for all you beautiful people. hopefully soon i'll get the print train rolling again since animenyc is so close!
