Hey guys!

A quick update on August shipments: we're still waiting for Soap Pony to arrive. Unfortunately typhoons have hit Japan, so the package with Soap Pony has been grounded for the last couple of days. When it is safe for planes to travel from Japan and Soap Pony reaches the USA, we'll be able to pack your August shipments and send them out to you. FedEx has stated that the shipment should get moving soon, and will probably be delivered on Monday.

The Soap Pony pins will arrive on Wednesday. We're going to work today and tomorrow making sure all the packages are prepped and have their shipping labels, so we just need to add Soap Pony in and then they'll be good to go.

Expect your packages to arrive on Friday or Saturday for most of you!

Commission opening reschedule; Slight delay with Soap Pony

Hey guys! We have two important announcements to make.

First, we will not be opening for commissions in September. Our next opening is going to be October 1, 2018 at 12:00 PM. The reason for this is that we have fallen behind in producing the artwork for August's pins, and we will not take more commission work until that work is complete. This is out of respect for our August customers, and any future customers we will serve -- it's important that our work queue be clear before we can take mor...

Website issues

We apologize for the inconvenience that our website isn't working. Our developer is currently at work so when we have this fixed we will announce a new opening time for Patreon members!

update: Hey guys, the website errors were just on the "Thank You" page. The data for all the commissions is in the database and appears to be complete, so everybody who got in before 12:08pm is fine. Looks like 85 people submitted commissions in the first 8 minutes!

All packages for the June rewards have been completed and are waiting pick up from the post office. Expect your rewards in 2-3 days, likely on Monday for most of you.

Majira and Pride are on their way!

Hurray!! We've gotten the tracking numbers for Majira and Pride, showing they're scheduled to be delivered Tuesday (tomorrow) and Wednesday. International express shipping is the best ever!

We will be assembling them Tuesday and Wednesday and will start printing out shipping labels, for our patrons who pledged and were charged on June 1. You will get tracking numbers to your email from PayPal so you can follow their progress to your home.

Character Pin or Exclusive Pin? And Super POTM Updates!

Patreon now has a brand new feature called Benefits that tracks the rewards given through the tiers, meaning we folks on the other side of the Patreon screen can process your rewards much easier and faster.
