Commission opening reschedule; Slight delay with Soap Pony

First, we will not be opening for commissions in September. Our next opening is going to be October 1, 2018 at 12:00 PM. The reason for this is that we have fallen behind in producing the artwork for August's pins, and we will not take more commission work until that work is complete. This is out of respect for our August customers, and any future customers we will serve -- it's important that our work queue be clear before we can take more commissions so customers aren't left waiting an unreasonable amount of time for their pins.
Second, we have been informed that Soap Pony has been delayed and will not be finished until September 1. This is a real disappointment for us, because we were told Soap Pony would be done on August 22. We suspect this means that Soap Pony's pins weren't an acceptable quality, and we welcome the factory remaking pins that are not perfect, as you, our Patreon members, deserve only the best!
But, as a result, it does mean that August's Patreon packages are going to be delayed. We will send them out the moment Soap Pony arrives to us though. We estimate you will receive your packages in the first week of September.
We are committed to getting you the best quality pins and providing you with the excellent customer service you deserve. Thank you for your understanding in our commission opening change, and the August package delay. We will keep you updated when Soap Pony is ready!
