Therapy Comics

I was diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) near the end of 2019. It wasn't until the end of 2023 I was finally diagnosed as actually having Bipolar II Disorder. 

The journey with mental illness left me broken and unable to post comics for a long time. But I didn't stop making art during that time! In fact, I used comics as a tool for healing.
