BTS 22: Our First Day in Taipei for Computex!

We've only been in Taipei for Computex for a day, but have already visited the tech markets, the tallest building, and more!

It's Computex week! We arrived in Taiwan a few hours ago and have got setup in our hotel room.

So far all we've done is sort things out like SIM cards for Internet, public transport, and collect our Computex badges for tomorrow, so nothing else for us to really do at the moment.

Things are not going too well in terms of testing with the new RTX 40 laptops. Long story short, there might be just one video this week when the embargo ends comparing the RTX 3080 Ti with RTX 4080, as that's about all I can do right now and it will be a struggle to get it done in time.

The DDR5-5600 memory kits and SSDs from XMG have arrived (image attached). Tomorrow we'll start getting the 4x laptops with RTX 4060, 4070, 4080 and 4090 setup. Still waiting on the drivers from Nvidia, but there's still a lot we can do like installing Windows and updating BIOS/EC etc.

Not sure if there will be a video this week as it's been slow just waiting for the new stuff, but I might have something fun and silly with a desktop CPU air cooler on a laptop - we'll see!
