NEW TIER - Starburst Tier

[SPECTRA] Vati Concepts

Here's my first pass at Vati! I've done a few sketches of them before but never really sat down to figure out colors or design.

They'll be working with Avelus in Spectra. They're the resident techie in their little team, and is very quiet and a little eccentric. Just Livi's type LOL
