Hey all, I didn't mean to ghost everyone.
It's just life kinda kicked me to the ground again..
I do always like to keep my personal life, personal; for obvious reasons :)
But I'd at least like to be honest why I've been so inactive.
Not so long ago my cat of 18 years passed away, I'd be lying if I didn't say it hit hard.
I just needed time to recombobulate I guess.

Hey everyone, sorry for the lack of posts
Sadly I've been having a lot more issues with the results of my new model than I would like..
It's been quite a headache and I've retrained it possibly around 7 times now haha
While each train is getting better, it wasn't as quick as I'd originally hoped.
My plan is to cut back and just train it as sort of an extra detail model for the transformations rather than trying to build a whole new model.

Altho like most things in life, the first version didn't really come out well and missed many of the core concepts I was trying to train on.
I will be filtering through the images and making a more finetuned version for the model to pick up on the concepts I'm after!

I finally got around to getting start and end frames with Wan 2.1 working.
This is the model I was really after, as it allows me to animate between the transitions of my sequence model, making fairly decent animations.
(I forgot to change the seed for the gens, thats why the movement looks kinda the same, my bad)

I've seen around before some tfs that are taking place on a live stream
I quite liked the concept, and I had been messing around using local vision models to view images and write about them.
I probably spent way too much time designing this UI and putting un-needed effort into the pfp of the viewers haha
But it was a bit of fun to make, and perhaps I'll do a few more of these in the future

I really do wish I had a little more free time, I had planed a whole little story with each theme for these and how they would all overlap.
The fun concept was a young new witch is setting up shop and is transforming people into different things to help out around the place!
Sadly I just don't have the time at the moment to craft the dialog and edit on the dialog for all the scenes.
Maybe I'll come back to the concept soon, but a lot more refined!

Heh, Hey all!
Apologies for the long down time again..
Personal life just really took over the last few months, it's been pretty hectic to say the least.
My new medication just took the energy out of me, which is a pretty common side effect. It took me a little bit to get used to it and for the doctors to adjust the dosage.
On top of all of that, just a bunch of other crap I'm not willing to get into, but I hope people understand.

It's hard to say if these are my favorite gens this year, but they are pretty high up there!
I was really happy how many of these came out, I do wish there was a little more fur, but many of the poses and expressions make up for it haha
This was a very fun scene to make and I'm not sure why I haven't done anything like it sooner.

I was honestly just messing around with different prompts, at first I was trying a donkey, but I thought I wonder what a canine would look like. And well here we are!
I was pretty happy with these, and It's been awhile since I have done a F2M TGF, maybe not everyones favorite, but I think they're still fun to make every so often!

I did make sure to write dialog for at least one of them haha
There's also a lot more cat tfs as I generated around 600 for this, where the other scenes about 200. So naturally there was a lot more good cat tfs to save than the others.
My model also seems to have a bias towards ginger cats haha, but I also don't really prompt for custom colors, other than cat. So yeah, maybe my next batch of cat tfs I'll try out some different fur patterns, or maybe some different b...

I did try some horse pov tfs, but they didn't really come out great so I decided to try cows instead. These came out looking much better!
There was a few with some very weird hands, but I was quite lenient given how many didn't look great overall.
But I quite enjoyed these, possibly come back to try and animate some of these POV's at a later date!

I was playing around a lot with the weights seeing how far into the fox process it could go, as thought the idea of seeing the hand as a paw in the first person perspective was pretty cute!
I'll probably train a model designed to do POV transformations at some point, this way I could get a little more control over what I'd like to see

I was messing around with the idea of POV transformations again as it has been awhile since I've tried this.
I was pretty surprised how well it worked, given my models aren't trained on pov..
Although many did come out with distorted limbs or the paws doing a 180 haha
when it did work, it worked pretty nicely!
