Content Scraping.

Not something I really wanted to bring attention to, but I’d like the person who is doing it to know that I’m aware.

I’ve known about my content being scraped and uploaded to that website for many months now, but I chose to ignore it at the time because it appeared to have stopped updating. Additionally, I didn’t want to draw any attention to the situation.

Animations! (little update post)

(Just a quick note, the frame rate for this original video is much smoother, when converting to a gif, I had to drop the fps)

The last week or so, I've been setting up a workflow for creating AI animations with Wan 2.1.
I've managed to set up a fairly decent Image2Video workflow that doesn't kill my GPU

You might be thinking, That's neat… But what use cases does it have?

Fox TF testing

These were generated before doing the other fox tf's

I was trying to see if I could get a size difference between transformed limbs, and human limbs.

Although, like I said, my sub model isn't that informed yet. You can almost see it trying to do it, but doesn't fully understand.

Just some fun tests though, that I thought were worth sharing!

Still requires a lot of finetuning, but still produces pretty nice results, even with the realistic undertone

Roden Reverie | Female Rat TF

Along with trying to gain more control over the transformations, I've been working on a shrinking effect too!

Appears to still be slight issues with the clothing, as it also appears to be shrinking, and not so much staying the same size and falling off.
As for the transformed, there is clearly some shrinky shrinks going on! As the enviroment appears to be much larger in size, such as the bed frame.

I do enjoy my horse tfs, and honestly could just make loads of these haha

Aha, a lot of testing to see what works, and testing different animals, it's not 100% for sure, but with some finetuning and merging with my other models, I imagine it would be quite robust!

Again just like the donkey tfs, these were done with my newer sub model.
Just a lot of testing seeing what works and what doesn't..

While the exact thing I'm after isn't fully captured, it seems to have some slight understanding of what I'm after, so a step in the right direction!

Barnyard Bliss | Female Donkey TF

These were generated with my new sub model I've been working on.
The idea of this is to get a little more control over the transformation.

Before it was just X transforms into X, and it'll draw out the transformation effect over the entire body, which is still nice, looks great! But I'd like to get a little more control, mainly over what parts of the body is transforming, or if parts have already fully transformed.

A good example for what I mean, is the 3rd image in the set, ...

it started off as just a simple normal post, but then I got the thought, what would happen if I prompted for people to be standing around the woman transforming?

Then it went into a whole testing haha, many weird generations, but a weird fun idea
The idea of transforming in such a public setting is quite a fun thought, like how would one react?

So I generated a bunch to see how well my model would handle such a thing!

It also got me thinking about re-working my mode...

Realistic Remakes of few older posts

So when I was originally making them small comic pannels, I decided to test the raccoon tf with a realistic undertone, I enjoyed it so much, it's what kicked off this recent wave of more realistic looking things!

I had to come back and do more, I also just for fun, did a few others from them in a realistic undertone.

Just like the cat ones, I did enjoy how with some it had the little snout, was such a cute design!

Although, while these may help in later generations, I still gotta work on the changing of human ears, as it still like to generate human ears and animal ears. Some of them it would do a good blend of human and animal, where it looks like the ear is stretching out to animal form.
It knows how to do it, it just doesn't like doing it.

I did enjoy how these ones came out, especially the ones where it was looking early into the TF, just with the little cat snout!

I didn't really prompt for the fur patterns or colors, so it got a little wild with some of them, seemed to push out more orange and some neat fur patterns aha

I always enjoy a horse TF, something about them which is fun.

Not exactly the results I was fully after, but a few came out quite well I think, but captures a lot of nice detail with the angle being much closer!

I generated a bunch of different close ups, mainly to be used for training, this would help fix up some warpy faces I've been having with my newer models.

These were generated as some tests, mainly to test my new models features of only certain parts being transformed, as this would hopefully create a size difference in limbs, rather than it being an overall process.

As I said with my anthro fox tgf post, I'm working on more pronounced transformations, but not just for feral or anthro, even humans!

It's still in its early stages and required heavy prompting to even work correctly, and even then there were still some issues, mainly with the breasts, or it not finding a good middle ground.
But it did sometimes capture what I was after, such as the hair changing, the difference in facial structure, such as female eyes slightly larger than males, ...

I've been working on getting more pronounced transformations, but also handling anthro's, feral and humans. Some tests I had done with an anthro fox TG, there's still a lot of things that need to be sorted out, it's very split down the middle for a lot of them, but it did capture the changing of the hair really nicely, but seemed to struggle a little on what parts are human male and what parts are anthro fox. As there should be a build difference.

Hello!
I've been pretty busy the last few days; I put a lot of my time into getting this discord server finished, and now it is!

I had some delays due to some pretty bad permission bugs with my discord bot, it took me a few days to even figure out what was causing it.. The discord API is a little clunky lol

The server is still very work in progress, and will be adjusted over time, hopefully with many suggestions to help improve!

But I feel like it's at a good enough ...
