Some nice results, there still seems to be some sort of "hard generation boundary" where it'll either generate a post TF or what seems to be towards the end. Or it'll generate pretty nicely and spot on with a mid TF.
But I do like the overall aesthetic of them though

I feel like my work in training these lora's is finally starting to pay off (slowly), there is still so much more I would like work on!

Woah, not the start of the month I was expecting, but it could of been worse!
Had to take a little time to work on unrelated projects, which took a little longer than expected.
But now that that's done, I'm all free!!

I tested a lot of different weights and even changed the base model a few times, just to see what works well
Overall, I'm really happy with the results so far!
I honestly was just going to put these in scraps, but I thought they were too good to not make a post on!
While mainly generated as a test to see how different concepts hold up, this was testing the morphing/transformation between clothing too.
While not entirely perfect, there's something there!
I spent probably 2 - 3 days working on fine tuning this alone, so there is a lot of generations which are still quite good, they are available in my google drive scraps folder
Sadly not generated with my TF lora, I had yet to fine tune it at the point of these generations, but maybe I'll come re visit it again

Since I have made updates to my model some things were lost, such as paw tfs.
I trained a new Lora model on paw tfs, it was a very limited data set though, so while it generated some okay results, it could be better.
I sadly don't know much about the character or the show, I hope it closely resembles :)
Maybe not what many people would want or expect, but you have to appreciate my new TF Lora Model!
I'm still fine tuning and working on it, but so far I'm impressed

It's been very busy since the build up to Christmas, I was hoping to have double the amount of posts, but I feel the time I used testing the new Lora models was worth it!

Another fun generation, I used a mix of my models here, mainly generated for testing, but they came out quite good, with some good paw tfs in the mix!
As for the sock ripping lora, I unfortunately got side tracked into looking at XL models, I'm on the edge of maybe moving over to using only XL models, however all my loras and models will be useless and I will have to make everything from scratch.
I still need to do more research into it, but personally as of right now, I don't see ...
Unlike the Wendy TG, this was made entirely using IMG2IMG.
I done all the rigging/posing on VaM and just used AI to draw over the images.
This method was far easier to do, however it does have it's limitations.
I feel like this is something I will play around with more, let me know what you think!

This here is why I didn't upload last week.
For how much time was spend doing this doesn't justify how it looks.
But for a first attempt, I learnt some good things.
This was made using OpenPose, I would manually make the pose for the AI to generate the character in, then a mix of IMG2IMG.

While my model would generate a mess in these scales (not only that, would probably take a few hours), these were done by splitting the image into chunks and generating each chunk at a higher res. You'll be able to see some minor stitching in some of the images, but wow does it look nice!
This is something I will do more, perhaps make a vote for a handful of pictures each month to be upscaled to ludicrous resolutions

Took a lot of tweaking to finally get a nice blend, some elements I wish I could go back and fix, but theres a nice overall amount
Fox version of the cat one, while I did enjoy the cat generations more, these were still quite cute, especially the first one, while she's not fully TFd, there was something about it I liked!

I have to say, these were some very cute generations, a mix of surprised and enjoyment reactions!
I'm glad other people enjoy these, it's a shame my model isn't so great at anthro birds.
Very limited with what can be generated, but some nice generations with some good feet tfs for those who enjoy!
(I left all the generations I did, just so people might have a slight idea of how many come out strange? I know theres not much to base off, but there we are)
My model really needing updating, there was a lot of things I wasn't happy with, mainly faces tbh.
With this update, while it's not 100% fixed everything, there is so much improvement, a good example I liked was the cat TFs in the last post :)
But I'm sure you may be able to see a difference in these too.

Hands with my model are either perfect or distorted, very times is it in the middle
So I try to generate a scene where hands are in the main focus? Yeah lol
I will defiantly visit this again and other scenes like it, especially with the updates I've been doing to my model!
